"CEVF paid for my daughter's surgery when no hospital would help us."

When my daughter fell ill, I went from hospital to hospital and was turned away again and again. We had no money, and that seemed to be the only thing anyone cared about. I felt completely alone — like the world had decided my child’s life was not worth saving.

Then I found CEVF. They didn’t ask me to beg. They didn’t make me feel small. They simply asked how they could help, and then they did.

They paid for my daughter’s surgery when no hospital would help us. Today she is healthy, she is back in school, and she laughs the way children are supposed to laugh. But what I remember most is not just the money — it is that they treated us with dignity, not charity. They saw us as people, not as a problem.

That is something I will never forget, and never stop being grateful for.
